Sweating

Sweating is a natural process that our body goes through in order to maintain our body temperature. But for some people excess perspiration or excessive sweat is a persistent problem. This problem is called hyperhydrosis and this might lead to body temperature imbalance. Excessive perspiration occurs Marjory in local areas like underarms, palms, soles etc. This condition may result into unhealthy mental condition for the sufferer. And it can also result into public humiliation at work place and public places.

It is not a psychological disease but it can be termed under a condition. The usual reasons for this can be Drugs, Cardiovascular disorders, Respiratory failure, Overactive thyroid, Nervous disorders such as Parkinson's disease etc. There are several ways to control hyperhydrosis. This can be done through medicines and surgical operations.

Body odour is one extreme result of sweating. Sweat that comes at places that are not exposed to air smell bad because it is easy for bacteria to multiply in such conditions. Special check in your dietary habit can reduce this condition to a certain extent.

As excess perspiration is a dangerous condition so is decreased perspiration. This happens due to insufficient production of sweat on the skin surface. This condition may be harmful as it stops allowing heat to go from the body.

Apart from drugs and dehydration sometimes brain injuries can also be the reason for such a condition. This condition is very dangerous and sometime a heatstroke can also lead to death. Fluids and water help to recuperate from such conditions.
